PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE

The Actor’s Truth Creative Private Limited (“Company”) is dedicated to fostering a professional work environment that values dignity, respect, and equitable treatment for all employees, fostering a conducive environment for professional growth and equality of opportunity under the policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. Therefore, as per the provision contained under Section 4 of the The Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013, (as amended) and the Company’s Policy, the Company has instituted a Internal Complaints Committee (“ICC”) for redressal of sexual harassment complaint (made by the victim) for the treatment of such complaints. Initially, and till further notice, the Complaints Committee will comprise of the following four members of the Company:
